At Suzanne Heritage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your jewellery within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
✅ Return Conditions
• Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original box or pouch.
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Returns are free of charge: we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to “My Orders” and click on “Return.”
3. You will receive your prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at a designated return point or post office.
💸 Refunds
• Once your item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, using the original method of payment.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order.
